This year Autodesk are putting you first, with the introduction of their new customer engagement initiative which they are calling "ACE". The program aims to offer the end user the best possible experience when purchasing Autodesk products.

First of all, I want to take the time to thank you all for taking part in our recent satisfaction survey. More than 2,400 of you took part, and over the course of the following weeks, I will be sharing the results of our findings with you.
Satisfaction Survey: what it's really like working in the CG industry?
A couple of month's back we conducted a Satisfaction Survey which asked people what it's really like working in the CG industry. The top prize for three lucky people was having a CG Master Class with Maya master Lee Danskin. The guy's found it hugely helpful as Lee shared lots of top tips on how to make the most of Maya, dipelling some myths along the way!
