Compositing is one of CG’s most varied disciplines and Promax award-winner Mark Pinheiro is living proof of that. He has worked on everything from feature films and Emmy-nominated TV documentaries to the VH1 corporate ident and MTV trails.

His compositing experience includes time at three of the most prolific post-production houses in the world – Mill Film, Framestore-CFC and The Moving Picture Company. His feature film credits include major FX productions Black Hawk Down, Tomb Raider, the Harry Potter franchise Troy and Aliens vs. Predator.

Mark joined Escape Studios in 2004 and created our Compositing Comprehensive course. He continues to combine his teaching at Escape Studios with directing and VFX supervision.
