Our RenderMan Fundamentals course introduces you to the powerful features of Pixar’s proprietary rendering tool for Maya.
Pixar certified tutor Lee Danskin provides practical hands-on RenderMan Training showing you how to set up a scene in Maya and transform it using RenderMan’s powerful rendering features.
Essential concepts are covered in detail, including Shaders, Texturing, Lighting, Point-based Global Illumination, RIB Archiving and Baking. The course ends with a hands-on exercise where you’ll apply all of these techniques to a supplied scene, solving some common creative challenges along the way.
